    A Bennett, Nebraska woman, originally arrested in 2023 for one count of issuing a bad check - $0-500, a Class II misdemeanor, made an appearance in Antelope County Court, Jan. 7. Donni Nachtman, 61, appeared for arraignment and entered a no contest plea . Antelope County Judge Donna Taylor found Nachtman guilty and ordered to pay a $100 fine, restitution of $65 to Royal One Stop, along with court costs and fees, totaling $51.
