A Bennett, Nebraska woman, originally arrested in 2023 for one count of issuing a bad check - $0-500, a Class II misdemeanor, made an appearance in Antelope County Court, Jan. 7. Donni Nachtman, 61, appeared for arraignment and entered a no contest plea . The Wheeler County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle accident at approximately 4:33 p.m., Monday, Dec. 8, at the intersection of US Highway 281 and Nebraska Highway 70.
