    Several Clearwater zoning proposals cleared their first hurdle Dec. 2, as the local zoning commission held a public hearing at the Clearwater Public Library. The first request involved Parcel #000660500, 800 Montana St., shifting the property from R-1 single-family residential to A-1 agriculture.     The girls' wrestling season began Thursday, as Summerland traveled to Wisner-Pilger for a season opener against Wayne and Northeast Nebraska. Wayne downed the Bobcats, 60-24.
