On the advice of county attorney Joe Smith, Antelope County Commissioners approved an Inter-local Agreement with Brown County for 911 calls and dispatch services through the Antelope County Sheriff’s Office. Approval was granted Tuesday, during the commissioners' meeting at the Antelope County Courthouse in Neligh. The Inter-local Agreement will last for a limited time until Brown County fills vacancies in their sheriff’s department. All cost of services will be paid for by Brown County. Area youths are invited to learn about dinosaurs and partake in hands-on activities during the Clearwater Public Library’s summer reading program. Events are scheduled for ever Wednesday during June, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the library, at 626 Main Street. All ages are welcome and no sign-up is necessary. Outdoor renovations at Clearwater Public Library are complete. The entrance now sits in the center of the building, and two new windows were added.
