A veterans memorial planned to be installed in the Orchard City Park will need state approval. During an Aug. 11 village trustees meeting, Clearwater maintenance man Troy Behnke said Rutjens Construction recently jetted the concrete box culvert located at Main and First streets. An Orchard native has returned to her roots and will serve as the Orchard village clerk.
