Only 12 parcels with delinquent taxes remained following the March 10 tax sale, held at the courthouse annex in O'Neill. On March 17, Holt County Treasurer Shelly Ross told county supervisors that 13,000 parcels exist in Holt County. "When we advertised the sale, there were 110 parcels. A plea agreement was reached in the case of a 19-year-old Neligh man during the March 19 session of Antelope County Court. Antelope County Attorney Joe Smith filed an amended complaint against Austin R. Klabenes. He was originally charged with domestic violence assault-3rd/threat/bodily injury, a Class I misdemeanor.
