Neligh woman tests positive for THC before court appearance, remanded to sheriff

Multiple pretrial hearings were held March 26 in Antelope County District Court.

Jasmine M. Maughan, 21, of Neligh, appeared on four counts, including DUI-cause serious bodily injury, a Class IIIA felony; procure/sell alcohol to minor/incompetent, a Class I misdemeanor; criminal mischief-$0 to $500, a Class III misdemeanor and possess or use drug paraphernalia, an infraction.

Antelope County Attorney Joe Smith advised the Honorable James Kube that the defendant tested positive for THC prior to appearing in court.
