Tilden man pleads not guilty to use of deadly weapon, terroristic threats charges

Two individuals appeared for arraignment before the Honorable James Kube, March 26, in Antelope County District Court.

Hunter E. Ashburn Taylor, 30, of Tilden, pleaded not guilty to one count of use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony - firearm, a Class IC felony and one count of terroristic threats, a Class IIIA felony.

Kube set a pretrial conference for April 30 and scheduled a jury trial for June 16.
