    Five individuals appeared for arraignment on April 29 in Antelope County District Court in Neligh. The Honorable Michael L. Long presided. Michael S. Boughton, 35, of Krum, Texas, appeared for arraignment on a charge of operating a motor vehicle/avoid arrest-fl, a Class IV felony. Long found that Boughton had not been served a copy of the complaint at least 24 hours prior to arraignment. Boughton waived service. He pleaded not guilty.     A pretrial hearing was held for a Neligh man charged with making terroristic threats against a Neligh Police Department official. The alleged charges are a Class III felony.     Thomas A. Warnke, 22, of Beatrice appeared for sentencing before the Honorable Michael L. Long in Antelope County District Court on April 29.
