Sixth grade career fair shows students what's possible
Jeremy Meyer doesn't just talk about his dream job-he revs it up, kicks the tires and lets it rip. Ask the 12-year-old what career he wants to pursue, and he'll take you for a spin through wide-open spaces, throttle pinned and eyes on the finish line.
Meyer, a sixth-grade student at Summerland Public School, showcased that passion Monday during the school's career fair, introducing visitors to the high-octane world of dirt bike racing.
