Neligh man accused of terroristic threats appears in district court

A pretrial hearing was held for a Neligh man charged with making terroristic threats against a Neligh Police Department official. The alleged charges are a Class III felony.

Jonathyn Gunderson, appeared before the Honorable Michael L. Long, April 29, in Antelope County District court.

Represented by Nathan Stratton, the defendant requested a continuance. Long continued the hearing until July 29, and scheduled a jury trial for Sept. 21.
