Meeting Sept. 2 with all commissioners present, the ACC set a date of Sept. 16 at 8 a.m. to finalize the budget and address any concerns.     Public defender Patrick Carney requested a continuance for an Orchard man charged with one count of possess firearm by a prohibited person-sub, a Class IB felony; and two counts of terroristic threats. Michael F. Doty, 32, will appear Oct. 1, for a preliminary hearing. Doty is alleged with possession of a firearm between July 26 and July 29, and during that time period, Doty threatened two individuals with violence with the intent to terrorize another. Blevins, 63, of Norfolk, for further arraignment on one count of possession of a controlled substance, a Class IV felony.     A 29-year-old former Clearwater resident failed to appear in Antelope County Court on Sept. 5 for a show cause hearing regarding payment of fines. Henry Petite was found guilty, June 4, on one count of driving under suspension/before reinstated-state, a Class III misdemeanor. At the time, the Honorable Donna Taylor ordered Petite to pay a $100 fine, in addition to $50 court costs.
