Ethan C. Hoback, 19, of Norfolk, appeared for arraignment. He was arrested July 13 by Barker of the ASCO, who had been notified about a tan Ford pickup traveling on Highway 14 in the wrong lane. On Tuesday, July 22, 86 golfers participated in the annual women's scramble to support breast cancer awareness at Summerland Golf Course. On June 12, Bubba's Pampered Pedalers pulled into Clearwater, giving cyclists a chance to rest and have refreshments.
