Several Clearwater residents addressed concerns about water drainage during Monday's village board meeting. Last week, approximately six inches of rainfall was recorded, causing drainage issues in multiple spots in town. Wyatt Shabram struck out 12 batters as the hurler led the Tri-County Seniors past Plainview Seniors, 4-3, on July 8. Shabram allowed three hits and two runs over six innings while walking two.
