Plainview hands Titan Juniors a loss

Tri-County Titan Juniors had trouble keeping up with Plainview in a 9-1 loss on Tuesday, July 8.

A single by Landon Nelson on the sixth pitch of the at-bat put Tri-County on the board in the top of the first.

Plainview took the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the inning after two wild pitches.

Plainview added to its early lead in the bottom of the third inning when Kaleb Gardner singled, scoring one run, and Wyatt Schroth homered to left field, scoring two runs.
