Ethan C. Hoback, 19, of Norfolk, appeared for arraignment. He was arrested July 13 by Barker of the ASCO, who had been notified about a tan Ford pickup traveling on Highway 14 in the wrong lane.
Barker observed the vehicle and initiated the traffic stop. The defendant consented to field sobriety tests, which he failed.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Hoback tested above the legal limit of .02 for a person under age 21.
He was arrested and transported to the Antelope County Jail for booking.
