    Orchard's Tourist Park, located along US Highway 20, has a different look. Two large pine trees were removed from the area on Sept. 17 in order for construction to begin on the Orchard Veterans Memorial. Orchard village trustees approved the tree removal when they met Sept. 15 in regular session. Construction of the new memorial is expected to begin soon.     Three teens each appeared for arraignment, Sept. 19, in Antelope Couny Court on one count of minor in possession - ages 19/20, all Class III misdemeanors. Isaac W.
