Top Rodeo award presented at MidStates Rodeo Association finals

Deb Ferris and Gene Snodgrass, representing Clearwater's Big Rodeo, accept the Mid-States Rodeo Association's Large Purse Rodeo of the Year Award from Pam Hollenbeck, M-RSA executive board member.
