    The Page Community Day Club is hosting a soup cook-off on Sunday, Feb. 4 at the new firehall. All funds raised will go toward events scheduled during Page Community Day, which will be Saturday, July 20. Contestants are invited to cook a roaster full of their best soup recipe to be entered in the contest. The soup will be the entry fee.     An early morning fire has left three Page people homeless. The fire was called into the Boyd-Holt 911 Dispatch Center at 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 28. Page and O'Neill fire departments responding. Callers to the dispatch center reported two people were out of the house, with possibly one person still inside. The Page Fire Department cleared the residence to make sure the structure was empty.     Brant Pavel was at the Page Fire Department meeting Monday night to present the department with a check from the recent sale of a 1980 Ford Bronco from the department. The Bronco had originally been purchased as a first-response vehicle. The intention was for the fire chief to take that vehicle to the scene of a fire or accident immediately to report back to the department what was needed as more people arrived.
