Howells-Dodge claimed the team title at the Bobcat Invite Friday.

The Jaguars scored 155.5 points to lead the field of 10 teams. West Point-Beemer finished second, with 139 points. North Central ended third, with 128.5 points, while the host team finished fourth with 113.

Other schools participating included Elgin Public/Pope John, 61; West Holt, 59; Fullerton, 53; Osmond, 46; Sioux City West, 46 and St. Mary's, 0.

Rafe Grebin and Colton Thiele earned gold medals in the 126 and 195 weight divisions, respectively.

Grebin started the day with a win by fall, in :27, over Jazmine Murdock, SCW. Next, he pinned Katy Figueroa, WPB, in 1:46.

In the fourth round, Grebin pinned Norman Grothe, EPPJ, in 3:05 and in the fifth round, Grebin won, by fall, in 3:33, over Payton Ebert, of North Central.

Thiele pinned Cooper Colson, WPB, in 3:09 in the first round. Next, he pinned Logan Mannion, SCW, in :24. In round three, Thiele pinned Jestin Bayer, HD, in 4:45.

Anthony Ferris finished fourth in the 106 division. After dropping a first-round match by fall, in 4:47, to Edward Pena, WPB, Ferris earned a 6-5 decision over Webb, SCW.

That set up a rematch against Pena in the match for third. Pena earned an 8-6 decision.

Alex Thiele earned a silver medal in the 113 class.

Thiele pinned Brisa Pigueroa, WPB, in 1:47 in the first round and won, by fall, in 3:18, over Blake Hensen, SCW.

In the fight for first, Ben Klemesrud, NC, pinned Thiele in 2:36.

Spencer Kester finished fourth in the 120 class. Kester opened the meet with a pin, in 1:57, over Asher McCard, WH. In the semifinal, Thomas Klemesrud, NC, won, by fall, in 1:58.

The loss pitted Kester against Ryan Woitaszewski, WPB, in the consolation semifinal. Kester earned a 6-0 meeting.

In the match for third, Hunter Beacon, of Osmond, edged Kester in a 6-5 decision.

Eli Thiele earned silver in the 132-pound class. Thiele opened with a pin in 1:34 over Alec Fletcher, SCW. He pinned Dominic Spies, WPB, in 2:33 in round two. During the third round, Channing Ogden won, 8-4, in sudden victory.

James Kester competed in the 138-pound division and dropped a 16-14 decision to Isaac Pistulka, WH.

Following a bye in the consolation round, Kester won an 8-0 medical decision over Weston Needham, NC.

That set up a match against EPPJ's Luke Hen, who won, by fall, in 4:06.

Alex Arroyo earned bronze in the 145 class.

Following a bye, Arroyo faced Jaegher Ogden, WH, who defeated Arroyo, by fall, in 6:29.

Arroyo moved to the consolation bracket, where he pinned Cole Grovijohn, HD, in :58. In the match for third place, Arroyo fell to Ty Kaup, WPB, in 1:39.

In the 152 class, Kendrick Schroeder dropped a first round match to Alex Vinson, Osmond. Vinson won by fall, in 2:23.

Schroeder faced Mylan Andrews, NC, and lost, by fall, in 2:10.

David Arroyo opened competition with a bye in the 160 class. He lost, by fall, in 3:49, to Zachary Paasch, WPB. In the consolation bracket, Noah Thooft, SCW, pinned Arroyo in 2:30.

Wyatt Chipps earned bronze in the 220 class. He opened with a bye, before falling to Joe Rodriguez, WPB, in :53.

Chipps faced Todd Uhl, SCW, in the consolation round and pinned him in :17. In the match for third, Chipps picked up another quick win by pin, in :28, over Ty Engel, Fullerton.
