Individuals applying for a new utility account - including water, sewer or trash service - furnished by the Village of Clearwater will be required to pay a $150 deposit. Ewing village trustees will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m., Monday, Sept. 11, on the village’s $2.87 million fiscal year 2023-2024 proposed budget and tax request asking. Large cedar tree belts are being removed on Grove Lake Wildlife Management Area in Antelope County to improve grassland habitat for wildlife.
