NNTC serves 30 communities throughout 24 counties in Northeast Nebraska, including the community of Clearwater, Nebraska. Founded in 1955, NNTC is on of Nebraska's first telephone cooperation. Barry Stearns is the current Combo technician, and serves the community of Clearwater, Nebraska. He handles breakdowns and any problems that Clearwater might run into with their service.
