Burke previously pleaded guilty to one count of driving while revoked from DUI/refusal, a Class IV felony.     A plea agreement was reached in a case involving Antwan J. Deleon, of Neligh, who faced charges stemming from a theft at a Neligh business. Terms of the agreement were announced Nov. 26 during Antelope County District Court. Per the agreement, count one - unauthorized use of a financial transaction device/$5,000+ - will be dismissed if Deleon pleads guilty to the second count.     The Nebraska Department of Economic Development has awarded $14,173,231 in Community Development Block Grant funds to 38 projects in 33 communities through the 2025 Downtown Revitalization, Planning, and Public Works opportunities.
