Elgin man sentenced on revocation charge

The Honorable Mark Johnson pronounced sentencing for Rowdy L. Burke, 54, of Elgin during the Nov. 26 session of Antelope County District Court.

Burke previously pleaded guilty to one count of driving while revoked from DUI/refusal, a Class IV felony.

Prior to sentencing, defense counsel, Martin Klein, presented the presentence investigation report, with comments regarding the recommendations from Antelope County Attorney Joe Smith.
