Plea deal reached involving theft from longtime Neligh business

A plea agreement was reached in a case involving Antwan J. Deleon, of Neligh, who faced charges stemming from a theft at a Neligh business.

Terms of the agreement were announced Nov. 26 during Antelope County District Court. Per the agreement, count one - unauthorized use of a financial transaction device/$5,000+ - will be dismissed if Deleon pleads guilty to the second count.

Additionally both parties agreed to a term of probation, and the defendant will be required to pay restitution to Reinke’s Farm and City Service.
