Mathes, 45, of O’Neill appeared in front of the Honorable Mark Kozisec in the Holt County district courtroom in O’Neill on May 1, for sentencing on two Class 1 misdemeanors, second-degree false imprisonment and third-degree domestic assault, both committed Sept. 20, 2022, at an O’Neill residence.     Neligh Chamber of Commerce will receive a Rural Workforce Housing Fund award to create quality affordable housing.
