Warnke, 49, of Neligh appeared for arraignment on a charge of third-degree assault. Conviction of the Class 1 misdemeanor would have resulted in up to $1,000 fine and/or up to one-year incarceration.     A locally-sponsored food pantry will host a mobile pickup next week. The mobile food pantry, sponsored by the Neligh Faith Community Church, as well as various other churches, individuals and businesses in the area, will be dispersing food on Tuesday, Dec. 19.     Kegan J. McAllister, 19, of Tilden faced the Honorable Donna Taylor in the Antelope County courtroom in Neligh on Dec. 6 for pretrial hearing on a Class 1 misdemeanor.
