    Sydney M. Abbott, 29, of O’Neill appeared in front of the Honorable Kale Burdick on Tuesday, March 8, in the Holt County courtroom in O’Neill, for an entry of plea hearing. Abbott pleaded no contest to a Class 2 misdemeanor charge of assault by mutual consent.     Bartlett Volunteer Fire Department was called to a structure fire, Dec. 9, at 8:46 p.m., at 220 North 3rd Street, in Bartlett.
