    Summerland junior high and high school cross country athletes showed improvement, despite not bringing home any medals from the Neligh-Oakdale Cross Country Invitational, held at Antelope Country Club. The girls' division included 36 participants. Delani Runnels, Niobrara/Verdigre, set the place, winning in 20:02. For the Bobcats, Carlee Livingston placed 22nd, with a time of 26:54.
