Postcards fro school students in Blessington, Co., Wicklow, Ireland, O'Neill's twin town, will be on display at the Kinkaid Museum during Summerfest.
Stamps used on most of the postcards commemorate John Dunlap, an Irishman fro Co. Tyrone, who had a printshop in Pennsylvania and was the first printer of the Declaration of Independent.
According to Holt County Historical Society officials, some of the students drew little pictures or included greetings in Gaelic on the cards.
The museum is located at 401 E. Douglas Street in O'Neill.
