District court sentencing continued for Clearwater man

A 28-year-old Clearwater resident will await sentencing following an enhancement hearing in Antelope County District Court on June 17.

In April, Calin M. Bosse accepted a plea agreement outlined by Antelope County Attorney Joe Smith. Per the arrangement, Bosse pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence of alcohol liquor, a Class W misdemeanor, and one count of resisting arrest, a Class I misdemeanor. Bosse agreed to an enhancement hearing at sentencing.
