An Orchard resident appeared in the Antelope County courtroom in Neligh last week on a felony charge of failing to report his address to authorities.

Wade Silbernagel, also known as Wade Perry and Wade Silbernagel-Perry, 28, of Orchard faced the Honorable Donna Taylor on May 19, charged with a Class 3A felony, violating the Nebraska Sex Offender Registration Act. The defendant's request for court-appointed counsel had previously been sustained and Antelope County public defender Pat Carney appointed.
