Summerland High School Principal Greg Appleby puckers up to kiss a goat during Friday's FFA Pep Rally. Other Summerland staff members who earned an opportunity to give a peck include Jacob Birch, high school math instructor; Lindi Ferguson, elementary physical education instructor; and Carla Jacob, support staff. Summerland FFA officers Levi Cronk and Kelton Bruhn held the animals, which are part of Cronk's goat herd. Students placed coins in cups with staffs' names. If bills were added, that amount was subtracted. Funds raised will be donated to community celebrations....
