Bowhunter education class planned in Royal

A Bowhunter education course will be held at the auditorium in Royal. The course will be taught in three sessions: Feb. 15 and 16, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Feb. 18, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Archery hunters, ages 12 through 29, must have completed a separate bowhunter education course and carry proof when hunting deer, antelope, elk or mountain sheep with a bow and arrow or crossbow.
