Several individuals appeared before The Honorable Donna Taylor, Jan. 21, in Antelope County Court. Lynn Wagner, of Norfolk, appeared on a public nuisance charge on property in the Village of Oakdale. Charitable gaming in Antelope and Holt counties played out like a split deck this past year, with sharp town-by-town swings reshaping the odds, even as statewide wagering slipped.
