Justin W. Stoltz, 35, of Elgin faced the Honorable Donna Taylor in the Antelope County courtroom last Wednesday, May 19, for a pretrial hearing on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, .15 or greater, second offense, a Class 1 misdemeanor.
