Sopers welcome daughter

LuAnn Schindler
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Soper, of Page, welcomed a daughter, Rebekah Jean, Aug. 5.
She weighed 6 pounds, one-half ounce and measured 19 inches.
Grandparents are Scott and LuAnn Schindler, of Clearwater and Earl and Bev Soper of Norfolk.
Great-grandparents include Lamont Larson, of Battle Creek, and Ruby Hambleton, Newport News, Virginia.
