A 40-year-old Grand Island man pleaded not guilty to one count of false reporting - misdemeanor, a Class I misdemeanor, in Antelope County Court on Oct. 1. David J. Anderson was arrested Sept. 30 after a Nebraska State Patrol officer observed him walking along Highway 14, north of the Boone and Antelope county line.
