Summerland FCCLA members participated in last week's STAR competition. At the end of the day, all nine students earned a medal. The Summerland girls basketball team secured a 50-31 victory over the Wausa Lady Vikings on Jan. 30 at Wausa's home court. The Lady Cats dominated both ends of the floor, outscoring the Vikings in every quarter.
