The Road to Atlanta

Before attending the National Leadership and Skills Competition, the Summerland Chapter team earned first place at the Nebraska State Leadership and Skills Championship, which took place April 9 -11, in Grand Island, Nebraska.

The Summerland Chapter team, consisting of team members Max Shrader, Dawson McLain, and Corbin Schueth, was the only team that attended the state competition. The other three teams that were scheduled to be there did not compete, the team stated.
