HOLT COUNTY VALUATION PROTEST HEARING DATES

Notice is hereby given that June 30, 2026, will be the final date for property owners to file valuation protests, to be heard by the county board of equalization. Forms for protest purposes are available at the Holt County Clerk’s Office. Protests will be heard as per the following schedule:

9:15 A.M. - June 16, 2026

9:15 A.M. - June 30, 2026

9:15 A.M. – July 16, 2026

The agenda, for the above meetings will be as follows:

1. Review, hear and consider valuation protests.
