Neligh man arraigned in district court on assault charges

A 22-year-old Neligh man entered not guilty pleas to two separate charges on May 27 in Antelope County District Court.

Sean T. Hammock appeared for arraignment. He faces one count of assault by strangulation or suffocation, a Class IIIA felony; and one count of domestic violence assault - 3rd/cause bodily injury, a Class I misdemeanor.
