Todd Duane Drury was born in Gregory, South Dakota, on March 17, 1962. He was the oldest son of Keith and Dorthea (Anderson) Drury. Todd lived in Jamison, Nebraska, until he was in first grade; then his family moved to Butte. He attended Butte Public School and graduated with the Class of 1980. After Graduation, he attended Northwestern College and Chadron State College, studying agribusiness.

He met his future wife at Sunday night services at Ewing Full Gospel Church. He was united in marriage to Marsha Coy on Aug. 11, 1984, and moved to Osceola to work for Sands Livestock Systems. In 1986, the couple moved to Neligh and he worked for Morrison Farms. In 1993, they moved to Clearwater, where Todd worked for Quad County and Green Line Akers Equipment for 22 years in Neligh. In 2022, he joined his son to start Summerland Repair, which he enjoyed working with his son and being able to repair equipment and farming daily for customers.

Todd never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone he encountered, often leaving smiles on the faces of everyone around him. His big belly laugh was unmistakable and had a way of filling a room and lifting every spirit in it. He had a playful spirit, delighting in joking with and teasing his grandchildren, who will forever cherish his warmth and humor. Music was one of his great loves; he was always coming home eager to share a new song he had discovered. He treasured hunting trips with Tylor and, above all, the time spent surrounded by family. Life with Todd meant being ready at a moment's notice for one of his spontaneous road trips and the adventures they brought. Always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need, Todd gave of himself freely and without hesitation. With his big, soft heart, he touched and blessed countless lives, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Todd is survived by his wife, Marsha Drury of Clearwater; his four children: Holly (Kent) Carpenter of Norfolk, Ashley (Brian) Tomjack of Papillion, Tylor Drury (fiancé Jodi Fry) of Ewing, and Ethan Drury of Clearwater; five grandchildren: Colbie, Hailey, Payton, Sylas, and Barrett; brother, Terry (Penny) Drury of Blue Hill and sister Tricia (Todd) Stevens of Rock Port, Missouri; nieces and nephews Kirsten (Travis) Burns of Hastings, Keithen (Megan) Drury of Lincoln, Kaelyn Drury of Lincoln, Dalton Stevens of Lincoln, Colten Stevens of Lincoln, Megan Stevens of Omaha; and mother-in-law, Elsie Coy of Ewing.

He is preceded in death by his parents and father-in-law, Sy Coy.
