Kester receives NNTC, FRS scholarship

Northeast Nebraska Telephone Company and The Foundation for Rural Service announce a $2,500 national scholarship has been awarded to Ethan Kester of Clearwater.

The FRS Scholarship Program awards one-time scholarships to students from rural communities for their first year of college, university, or vocational-technical school. Each student is sponsored by an NTCA member company, like NNTC.
