Commissioners continue decision on courthouse clock tower restoration

The old Antelope County Courthouse Clock Tower Project is taking tentative steps forward.

Meeting yesterday, the Antelope County Commissioners asked county attorney Joe Smith to begin negotiations with the anonymous donor interested in restoring the old courthouse clock tower, with the donor's representative, Jim McNally.

The ACC has numerous questions concerning the project including: who the donor is, potential cost, structural integrity of the old courthouse and future maintenance issues.
