Man charged with online threats against Neligh police officer appears in court

A Neligh resident, charged with one count of terroristic threats, a Class IIIA felony, appeared for arraignment, March 25, in Antelope County District Court.

Martin Klein requested to withdraw as counsel for Jonathyn Gunderson, which Judge Michael L. Long granted. The judge appointed Nate Stratton to represent the defendant.

Gunderson entered a not guilty plea. Long set a pretrial hearing for April 29 and a jury trial for May 18.
