Long presides over full slate in Antelope County District Court

A Plainview man accepted a plea deal, March 25, in Antelope County District Court. Christopher Beltz, 39, appeared before Judge Michael L. Long and agreed to the deal, spelled out by Antelope County Attorney Joe Smith.

Beltz agreed to plead guilty to amended information, charging one count of criminal attempt - possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, a Class II felony. In exchange, the State will not file additional charges.
