Summerland's high school quiz bowl team earned the runner-up spot at the GNAC Quiz Bowl, held March 18 in Neligh.
In the preliminary rounds, Summerland defeated Elkhorn Valley, Laurel-Concord-Coleridge and Lutheran High Northeast, accumulating 155 points to advance to the final four.
In the first round, the Bobcats defeated Plainview, and lost to Neligh-Oakdale in the championship.
