Neligh man requests continuances in three cases

Austin R. Klabenes, 20, of Neligh, was scheduled to appear for pretrial hearings, March 12, in Antelope County Court.

Instead, Klabenes requested continuances in all three cases. In the first case, Klabenes faces one count of driving during revocation/impound-1st, a Class II misdemeanor, stemming from an Oct. 18 incident.

Klabenes is charged with one count of assault-cause bodily injury, a Class I misdemeanor, in the second case, and in the third, he faces a charge of tobacco/electronic nicotine use - under 21; a Class V misdemeanor.

He is scheduled to appear April 9 for pretrial hearings....
