Burdick presides over Antelope County court cases

Several individuals appeared before The Honorable Kale Burdick for arraignment in Antelope County Court, March 12.

Michael S. Boughton, 35, of Krum, Texas, requested a continuance in a case where he faces one count of operate a motor vehicle/avoid arrest-flny, a Class IV felony, committed Aug. 9. He is scheduled to appear April 9.
