1. General

1.1. Summerland Public Schools will receive bids for the proposed lagoon project until 2:30 p.m., on April 9, 2026, at the offices of Summerland Public Schools, 51293 857th Road, Ewing, Nebraska, 68753. At that time, the bidding will be closed, and no other bids will be accepted for any reason. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud, and all bidders will be informed of the award of the project.
